Choosing unbleached baking paper

Unbleached baking paper skips the chlorine bleaching step, so it stays a natural brown. It lines trays and tins for baking, roasting and reheating. Compostable cling film and eco cling film

Compostable cling film is made from plant-based materials rather than PVC or polythene, and it clings and stretches in the same way. Eco cling film like this is certified compostable, but many UK councils do not accept it in food waste, so check your local rules. Cover bowls loosely and keep the film away from hot food.

Compostable freezer bags and recycled foil
