How to use: Insert Pimento into the vagina at the start of menstruation. Once in place, it forms a seal to prevent leaks. Remove, empty, and rinse with water before reinserting. Pimento can be worn for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.
To clean: rinse with water before and after each use. A spritz of Simply Toy Cleaner (available from The Natural Love Company) is recommended after rinsing. At the end of your period, sterilise the cup by boiling it in water for a few minutes. Store in the included cotton drawstring bag between cycles.
