Every piece is hand-painted in their Dartmoor studio using a wax-resist method: your chosen birth flower and name are applied by hand, the mug is glazed and fired, and what emerges is a soft, permanent silhouette baked into the stoneware. The process means yours will differ slightly from the images — not a flaw, a feature.
