Pink Stripe Handmade Stoneware Large Plant Pot

This large stoneware planter, finished in a warm blush pink glaze, is designed to beautifully complement deep green foliage, adding a touch of warmth and colour to any room. Each pot is individually decorated with softly hand-painted stripes, ensuring every piece has its own distinct character.

There is plenty of room for established houseplants to flourish, whether you choose a trailing pothos, a glossy philodendron, an architectural snake plant, or a thriving peace lily. Its generous size creates a striking display, offering a beautiful alternative to standard neutral plant pots and allowing both the planter and the plant to become a focal point in your decor.

Each planter is wheel-thrown by hand in the Habulous Dartmoor studio, using flecked stoneware clay. It is then finished with a warm blush pink satin glaze and carefully painted with soft pink stripes. The gentle movement of the brush and natural variations in the glaze mean every planter has its own unique finish.

Designed for use with your plant in its plastic grow pot, this larger planter gives established houseplants ample room while making it easy to refresh your display as your collection changes. Its rounded shape suits both upright and trailing varieties, creating a balanced display from every angle.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Intentionally handmade with a flecked stoneware clay
• Stripes are hand-painted, making every piece one-of-a-kind
• As each piece is truly handmade and wheel-thrown, shapes may vary slightly, all measurements are approximate
• Our pots are not glazed inside - we recommend keeping your plant in its plastic grow pot rather than potting directly into the planter

Fitting Your Plant:

• If your inner plastic pot is too tall, you can trim the top so it fits perfectly.

Approximate Dimensions:

• Base diameter: 12cm
• Rim diameter: 15.5cm
• Height: 11.5cm

Care: To keep your handmade stoneware looking its best, wash gently with warm, soapy water and avoid sudden changes in temperature.

FAQ: Q: Which houseplants work particularly well in this planter? A: Its generous size is ideal for larger houseplants such as pothos, philodendrons, peace lilies, snake plants and ZZ plants.

Q: How can I create a fuller plant display? A: Combining upright plants with trailing varieties adds natural height, texture and movement, especially when styled alongside other planter sizes from the collection.

Q: Why do the stripes vary in colour? A: The stripes are painted by hand, so you'll naturally notice areas where the colour appears stronger, particularly towards the base. This is part of the hand-glazing process and makes every planter unique.

Q: What makes the large planter different from the smaller sizes? A: The larger size gives established houseplants more room to grow while creating a bold focal point in your home.
