A candle burns better when the wick is looked after. That is the idea behind this set: a hand-poured Bouclé candle and the small metal tool that helps it burn the way it should.
What is in the set:
- 1 × hand-poured Bouclé candle in a hand-stamped recycled card box
- 1 × matte black metal wick trimmer in a sewn, hand-stamped recycled paper pouch
Both pieces of packaging are plastic-free.
The candle Each candle is hand-poured using soy wax and a cotton wick. You choose the scent and size, so the set suits whoever it is for, including you.
- Rosemary Lavender & Clary Sage: herbaceous
- Vetiver Grapefruit & Bergamot Oil: citrus
Sizes and burn times:
- 120ml: 25 hours
- 180ml: 40 hours
- 500ml double wick: 50+ hours
The 500ml size is available with the Rosemary Lavender & Clary Sage scent only.
The wick trimmer The trimmer is matte black metal and works on both cotton and wooden wicks. Trimmed wicks give a cleaner, more even burn, which is what lets a candle burn slowly and release its scent steadily. If you already own wooden-wick candles, it will earn its place on the shelf there too.
Safe burning
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Burn for at least 2 hours and no longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Trim the wick to approximately 6mm before lighting.
- Leave at least 10cm between candles.
- Extinguish and do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
