Bouclé transformed their latest Hands Full linocut print series into these distinctive, handcrafted cards. This print, depicting a hand holding two lavender sprigs, makes a wonderful accompaniment to a thoughtful gift or a sweet unaccompanied gesture.
Every element of Bouclé's creative production is done by hand. The illustration is hand-drawn to create the block print design, which is then carved into the block. Water-based inks are used to hand-print the design onto specially sourced Zerkall printing paper, which is then mounted onto a recycled card base.
Bouclé's commitment to sustainability is evident in their careful sourcing of responsible materials for these cards. As each linocut is pressed by hand, every print obtains a unique personality, meaning there may be very subtle variances between prints.
