Coconut Fibre Dish Brush

Coconut Fibre Dish Brush
The bristles are coconut husk — tough enough to shift burnt-on grease, gentle enough for non-stick pans and glassware — and the FSC-certified beechwood handle means no plastic in your washing-up routine. Wild & Stone built this for the kitchen drawer you actually want.

Dish brushes are more hygienic than sponges, and this one from Wild & Stone makes the switch easy. The angled head gets into the corners of mugs and pans, the long handle keeps your hands clear of the water, and the whole thing is made from materials that can go back into the ground when it's done.
The bristles are coconut husk — a natural by-product that happens to be exactly the right stiffness for kitchen work. Firm enough to tackle grease and burnt food, soft enough that it won't scratch non-stick coatings or glassware. The handle is FSC 100% certified beechwood, which means the wood is sourced from forests independently certified against the Forest Stewardship Council's principles — covering ecosystem maintenance, indigenous land rights, and a commitment to sustaining the forests used. The ferrule connecting bristle head to handle is stainless steel.
At 23cm long, it sits comfortably in the hand. The angled head is designed to reach into corners that a straight brush misses.

How to use: Soak dishes in hot water, scrub clean with the brush, then rinse. Rinse the brush and let it air dry after each use. Test on surfaces you are unsure about — some very soft or low-cost coatings may scratch with any brush.
Care instructions: Rinse your coconut dish brush and let it air dry after each use. Test surfaces to make sure they do not scratch (some extra soft or cheaper materials may scratch). Please keep in mind that the dish brush head is attached using natural glue. If the brush handle is left in hot water for too long, it could dissolve. To extend the longevity of your coconut brush, we recommend not leaving it in water between uses.
