Vegan (unspecified scheme)A commercial kitchen needs a dishwasher detergent that clears grease and baked-on food without fuss. This one does it without chlorine bleach, phosphates or phosphonates in the formula.
It is a highly concentrated liquid, so a single 20L container goes a long way. It works on dishes, cutlery, glass, cooking utensils, pots, pans and food preparation equipment, and it lifts grease, dried-on food and stains from all of them.
The EU Ecolabel matters here for a practical reason: it means the environmental performance of the formula has been independently verified, not just declared by the brand. Delphis Eco's whole range carries it.
Please note: this product is formulated for commercial dishwashers only.
