Brewing Instructions:

That kind of direct relationship is harder to maintain than buying from a commodity broker, but it is what makes the difference in the cup — and it is what gives Camellios confidence in what they are selling.
The packaging decision is worth noting specifically. Plastic-free and fully recyclable across the range is not the default in this category — most brands make an exception somewhere, usually for freshness or cost reasons. Camellios has not. Everything is blended in the UK, which keeps quality control close and reduces the supply chain steps between grower and customer.
