Our heart-shaped Gua Sha facial massage stones feature smooth edges for an effortless glide, helping to promote lymph drainage, de-puff the face, relax over-tight muscles, and give your skin an amazing glow.
Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese therapy known for supporting local circulation, reducing oedema, nourishing the skin, and improving facial contouring.
Each stone is Grade A quality, with individual pattern variations, and measures approximately 58x90mm, weighing around 65g. They are thoughtfully packaged in an organic cotton drawstring bag and include an instruction card.
Each stone offers different properties:

Green Jade: The traditional choice for Gua Sha, historically used in Chinese medicine. It is naturally cool to the touch and is considered ideal for contouring, lifting, and working out tight muscles.

Rose Quartz: Warms quickly to skin temperature and is thought to be particularly beneficial for maturing skin, fine lines, and wrinkles.
How to use: Gua Sha stones glide over the skin with the application of a little facial oil. If you are taking blood thinning medication, please check with your GP first to ensure this tool is right for you.
