This Scar Oil is rich in replenishing botanical oils that promote skin regeneration, making it suitable for use on both face and body. It's designed to support skin with scarring from acne, stretch marks, wounds, and surgery.
For every bottle of Scar Oil sold, Silvan Skincare donates £2 to support the work of the Divinity Foundation, a humanitarian NGO in Kenya dedicated to helping women and girls who have experienced FGM. This collaboration, also involving the Family Practice in Bristol, aims to bring hope, dignity, and long-term support to survivors.
Massage gently into the skin 2 to 3 times a day. This oil pairs nicely with Rescue Balm for dry, itchy skin or Mama’s Balm to help prevent stretch marks.
Hero Ingredients:
- Rosehip Oil: Our organic rosehip oil is an excellent source of vitamin A, highly beneficial for treating damaged skin, sensitive skin, and reducing fine lines, laughter lines, and scarring.
- Vitamin E: An extremely effective antioxidant that reduces the damaging effects of free radicals.
- Calendula: In the form of CO2 extract from organic calendula flowers, this oil is widely known for its exceptional healing properties.
- Palmarosa: Our organic palmarosa has a stimulating and regenerating action on the cells, supporting the minimisation of scarring.
How to use: Begin massaging with light pressure and progress to deeper and firmer pressure. Continue daily massage for approximately 6 months until the scar has fully matured.
