Somewhere between a lipstick and a lip balm, the Dream Lip Sparkle Balm does something most products in either category fail to do: it delivers real colour and real shine without the dry, sticky, or slippery feel that usually comes with one or the other.
The formula sits at 3.5g and carries more pigment than a traditional balm, with micro-fine glitter that catches the light without any gritty or scratchy sensation on the lips. Jojoba oil, squalane, and tocopherol (vitamin E) keep the formula comfortable and hydrating throughout wear, while the wax base — microcrystalline and synthetic — holds it in place so it does not migrate.
