The Dream Lip Sparkle Balm sits in the gap between a lipstick and a lip balm — and it is a gap worth filling. Most tinted balms sacrifice colour for comfort, or pile on pigment and end up feeling heavy. This one lands somewhere more useful: real colour payoff, a comfortable wear, and micro-fine glitter that reads as dimension rather than craft-project sparkle.
The formula is built around jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), squalane, and tocopherol (vitamin E) — a trio that keeps lips soft and hydrated without the greasy slip that makes most balms migrate into fine lines. The wax base (microcrystalline and synthetic wax) gives it enough structure to stay where you put it.
