The Dream Lip Sparkle Balm sits in the gap between a lip balm and a lipstick — and it is a gap worth filling. Most tinted balms are too sheer to feel intentional; most lipsticks are too drying to wear comfortably all day. This formula lands somewhere more useful: real pigment, a comfortable non-migrating wear, and micro-fine glitter that reads as luminosity rather than craft project.
The conditioning base is built around jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), squalane, and tocopherol (vitamin E) — three ingredients that genuinely support lip hydration rather than sitting on top of it. The texture holds in place without the stiff, waxy feel that cheaper glitter balms tend to have. Available in 10 shades.
