The Dream Lip Sparkle Balm sits in the gap between a lip balm and a lipstick — and it is a gap worth filling. Most tinted balms sacrifice pigment for comfort, or pile on shine at the expense of staying power. This one lands somewhere more useful: real colour, a controlled glitter finish you cannot feel on your lips, and a formula that keeps things hydrated without sliding around.
The conditioning base is built around jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), squalane, and tocopherol (vitamin E) — three ingredients that work together to soften and maintain moisture rather than just sitting on the surface. Microcrystalline and synthetic waxes give the balm its structure and help it stay where you put it. The micro-fine silica and polyethylene particles deliver the sparkle without the gritty texture that puts most people off glitter lip products.
