Most perfumes on the market list 'parfum' or 'fragrance' in their ingredients — a legal loophole that can conceal hundreds of synthetic molecules. Haoma's Orange Eau de Parfum does the opposite: every ingredient is named, every one is from natural origin, and 96% of the total formula is certified organic.
The scent is bright and candied — intensely sweet orange with a light spiced warmth from Myrrh and Benzoin underneath. It is designed for casual, everyday wear rather than all-day projection, so reapplying throughout the day is part of how it is meant to be used. Think of it less like a conventional EDP and more like a mood reset in a bottle.

FAQ: Q: Why does this perfume smell different from most fragrances I have tried? A: Around 99% of perfumes on the market use synthetic fragrances, which produce a scent profile most people now associate with 'luxury'. Natural essential oils smell different — not inferior, but genuinely different. If you have only ever worn synthetic fragrances, there will be an adjustment. Haoma's view is that this is the authentic scent of the botanical, not a formulation limitation.
Q: How long does the scent last? A: This is not Haoma's longest-lasting perfume. It is formulated for casual, everyday wear — reapplication throughout the day is expected and encouraged.
Q: Why are no samples or testers available? A: Every size variation must undergo independent organic and vegan certification, laboratory testing, EU and UK cosmetics portal submission, and bespoke packaging. This makes producing samples prohibitive for an independent, fully handmade brand at this stage. Tester paper strips were trialled but essential oils do not hold their scent on paper the way synthetic fragrances do.
