The Vegas Wet Liner from Glisten Cosmetics is a water-activated eyeliner in a striking metallic gold shade. The formula is activated with just a small amount of water — no dry dragging, no patchy application — and delivers intense, full-colour payoff in a single pass.
Available in two sizes: 3g (Small) and 10g (Large), so you can try it before committing to the full pot.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off.
