If you have ever wanted one liner to do the work of a whole festival kit, this is the bundle. It brings together 19 wet liners from Glisten Cosmetics, and every one of them glows in UV light. Under normal light you get the colour. Under a blacklight you get the show.
These are pigment pots, not pencils. You activate them with a little water on a brush, so you control the intensity: a light touch for a soft wash of colour, more pigment for a bold graphic line.
