You activate it with water — a small amount in the lid, a dip of the brush, a swirl into the pigment — and the colour releases fully, without cracking or fading through the day.

How to use: Open the lid. Add a small amount of water to the lid. Dip your brush into the water (not too much), then swirl the brush into the pigment. Apply as desired.
