One pot, one drop of water, a lot of pink. This bundle gathers five of Glisten Cosmetics' Wet Liners, so you can move from a soft wash to a full neon in a single sitting.
Wet Liners are loose pigments that you activate with water. Dip a damp brush in, swirl, and the colour appears. The brand says the payoff is full colour and that it will not crack or fade, which is the thing to test on your own lids. The base is sericite, a fine mica powder, with glycerin and acacia senegal gum in the mix.
