These are wet liners: pigment in a pot that you activate with water and apply with a brush. Glisten Cosmetics says the colour pays off in full and won't crack or fade. They are sold in two sizes, Small (3g) and Large (10g), so you can try the shades first or stock up on the ones you reach for most.
