It is a pigment you activate with water, which means you control the intensity: a sheer wash for daytime, a dense, creamy line for evening.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment, keep adding water as needed to create a creamy consistency and watch the colour pay off!
