Wet liners are activated with water, so you decide how intense the colour looks. Use less for a softer wash, or more for a bold, graphic line. The mix of finishes means one palette can take you from a daytime matte yellow to a shimmer for a night out, with the UV shade there for when you want to go further.
The formula is short. Sericite, glycerin, acacia senegal gum, polysorbate-20 and water make up the wet liner, and the full ingredient list is shown in the ingredients section of this page.
