Two bold shades in one compact pan. The Beach Split Liner from Glisten Cosmetics pairs UV turquoise with new yellow — a combination built for festival looks, editorial edits, or anyone who wants their liner to actually show up.
The formula is water-activated, which means you control the intensity. A little water gives you a precise, buildable line; more pigment on the brush delivers the full-colour punch. At 3g or 10g depending on the size you choose, it is a small product that works hard.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
