How they work These are pigment liners rather than pencils or liquids. Add a small amount of water to the lid, dip your brush in (not too much), then swirl it into the pigment. The colour pays off in full, and the brand says it won't crack or fade. The formula is built on sericite, glycerin and acacia senegal gum, with water to activate it.
