It is a plain, unscented castile soap, made by hand in the style originating in the Castile region of Spain. The base is olive pomace oil, which is gentle enough for sensitive skin while still cutting through grease at the sink. No preservatives, no synthetic fragrance, no unnecessary additions.
At approximately 85g per bar, it is a solid, practical size. The recyclable paper wrapping means nothing goes to landfill on the packaging side either.

How to use:
Dishes: Use the bar directly on dishes when washing up, scrub at persistent stains, or grate the soap to add to a spray bottle of warm water for a great household cleanser.
Skin: Use as you would any bar soap for body and bath.
