There is a satisfying logic to this necklace. Glass that was once a gin bottle gets a second life as the centrepiece of a piece of jewellery — hand-shaped, fired with stoneware clay, and strung on waxed cotton cord. The navy and lime colouring comes directly from the recycled glass itself, which means the exact shade and pattern of every bead is unrepeatable.
