The oval bead at the centre of this necklace is made by hand at every stage: stoneware clay shaped and fired, then set with recycled gin bottle glass that gives each piece its distinctive gradient of aqua and deep navy. Because the glass comes from real bottles, the exact tones shift from one necklace to the next. Yours will not look precisely like the image — that is the point.
The cord is waxed cotton, adjustable by pulling or loosening the string, so it sits at whatever length works for you: close to the collar, mid-chest, or layered over other pieces. Available in natural or brown.
