There is a room in Jaipur's Sheesh Mahal — the Mirror Palace — lined with thousands of hand-cut reflective pieces, commissioned by a Maharaja so his queen could fall asleep beneath something that looked like a sky full of stars. Rize took that story and turned it into a pair of earrings you can actually wear.
These star studs catch light the way mirror jewellery has always been used across South Asia: not to imitate gemstones, but to do something entirely their own. At 13mm, they are present without being loud. The hand-cut mirror pieces and granulation balls give each pair a texture that machine-made jewellery cannot replicate — because they are not machine-made.
Every pair is handcrafted by Fair Trade artisans from marginalised communities in Jaipur, using recycled sterling silver as the base. Available in two finishes:
