If you have ever slipped mid-pose or lost your footing on a studio floor, you already know what a difference a proper grip sock makes. hipSwan's Flow Crew does the job without compromise: silicone grippers on the sole for genuine traction, a compression arch for support, and a crew height that adds warmth and coverage where an ankle sock falls short.
The cotton here is GOTS-certified organic combed cotton — combed, specifically, because that process removes shorter fibres and leaves a smoother, denser yarn. The result is a sock that is noticeably softer than standard cotton and holds its shape wash after wash. The high-gauge needle count in the knit reinforces that longevity further.
The silicone grippers make these useful well beyond the studio. Tennis, badminton, or simply navigating a slippery kitchen floor — anywhere a firm footing matters, these work.
Available in black, white, and natural undyed, in three sizes (small, medium, large). Sizing is based on foot length in centimetres and maps to approximate UK shoe sizes. If your size falls at the margin and you are buying for Pilates, barre, or yoga, sizing down gives a tighter, more secure fit. Not sure? hipSwan offers a 60-day return window — just cover the return postage.

Care instructions: Be gentle. Either hand wash or machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle. If using a machine, it's best to place them in a laundry bag to protect them further just like other delicates. Use a mild detergent and never use bleach. Refrain from using fabric softener.
Turn your socks inside out. This way, the extra cushioning at the soles and heels will get a more thorough wash.
Do not use a dryer. The heat and circulation of a dryer will decrease the longevity of your socks. Best to air dry them on a drying rack.
Do not iron. There's no need to iron socks, and it's especially important to refrain from ironing those styles with silicone grippers.
FAQ: Q: What if the socks don't fit me? A: No problem, you have 60 days to return them. Just pay the return postage and hipSwan will refund you, no questions asked. The socks must be in new, unworn condition with the outer wrappers included.
Q: Should I size down? A: If your shoe size falls at the margin between sizes and you are buying for Pilates, barre, or similar activities, sizing down gives a tighter, more secure fit.
