Some sliders are an afterthought. The Helena is not. Komodo has been working with organic and natural eco-fibres since 1988, and the material choices here reflect that same discipline applied to footwear: every component has been considered, from the ground up.
The upper is 100% organic cotton. The footbed is recycled PU. The sole is cut from 100% upcycled tyre rubber — a material that is genuinely tough, with the kind of grip and durability that synthetic soles rarely match. The whole shoe is 100% vegan.
The Tropic Dark colourway works across the warmer months and beyond — the kind of neutral that pairs with linen, denim, and everything in between.
