The Beatrix top is romance with a bit of nostalgia. A fitted bodice gives it shape, and flowing angel sleeves soften it. The tie at the hem creates space where you want it.
The print is the point. Deidei founder Hailea paints every design by hand, then cuts the patterns herself, so the fit comes from the same pair of hands as the artwork. Each piece is made in a limited run, which means you are unlikely to see it on everyone else.

What it is made from: Bamboo grows fast and can easily be grown organically. Deidei notes that it generally doesn't need fertilisers or irrigation, though it still needs chemicals to be turned into fibres for clothing. That is a fair caveat, and we would rather you heard it here.
The buttons are corozo, made from the tagua nut found in Equatorial rainforests. Deidei states the nuts are harvested without harming the trees, which protects the rainforest and its ecosystem.
