What it is made from
- Woven from REPREVE®, a material made from recycled plastic bottles recovered from the ocean. Swole Panda says it is the first company to make belts from it.
- Each belt contains the equivalent of 7 plastic bottles that had previously been discarded.
- Finished with a low-profile, durable brushed zinc-alloy buckle and recycled faux leather trimmings.
- Supplied in a 100% organic cotton pouch.
Why the elastic matters
A fixed-hole belt only fits at set intervals. An elasticated weave fits at every point in between, which is useful if your waist changes through the day or you sit between sizes. The buckle is low-profile, so it does not bulk under a tucked-in top.
