Glisten Cosmetics' Peppa Split Liner is a dual-tone water-activated eyeliner combining dusty pink and magenta in a single compact. The formula is built for colour intensity — no cracking, no fading — and it activates under UV light, making it a natural choice for festival looks, nights out, or anyone who wants their liner to do more than just line.
The format is simple and satisfying to use. A small amount of water unlocks the pigment, and the payoff is immediate. You control the intensity by how much water you use and how you load the brush — a light touch gives a wash of colour, a heavier hand gives full opacity.

How to use: Open lid, add a small amount of water to lid, dip brush into water (not too much) and then swirl the brush into the pigment and watch the colour pay off!
