Silvan Skincare's Natural Facelift Massage workshop is a two-hour, small-group session — capped at eight people — held at Silia Cottage in Presteigne, Powys. You leave with a complete facial massage routine you can fold into your existing skincare practice at home, no equipment required.
The technique draws on four distinct approaches:
- Swedish massage — to warm tissue, ease tension, and improve circulation
- Acupressure — to work specific points that support skin tone and reduce puffiness
- Tapping — a lighter percussive technique that stimulates the skin's surface
- Lymphatic drainage — to encourage the movement of fluid that can leave skin looking dull or congested
Together, these techniques are designed to tone facial muscles, smooth the skin, calm the nervous system, and improve circulation — benefits that compound when the routine is repeated regularly at home.
What to expect on the day:
You will practise the full routine during the session, guided step by step. A complimentary workbook is included so you can remember the sequences once you are home. Refreshments are provided. Silvan Skincare facial oils and the full product range are available to sample and purchase on the day — bring your own products if you prefer.

Cost: £25 per person, payable at booking. One week's notice is required for a refund or session transfer. Private bookings at a date and venue to suit you are available on request (additional charges may apply).
