Face Yoga has roots in Ayurvedic practice from India and traditional Chinese Medicine — disciplines that have worked with the muscles and energy points of the face for centuries. This two-hour workshop, run by Silvan Skincare's Marian in Presteigne, Powys, brings those foundations together with the structured approach of the Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method, in which Marian is a qualified teacher.
The session is small by design — up to eight people — which means you actually learn the routine rather than watch someone else demonstrate it. You will leave with a complimentary workbook so the sequences stay with you at home.
What the workshop covers:

- Acupressure techniques to support circulation
- Massage methods that work alongside the exercises

Silvan Skincare's own facial oils and skincare products are available to sample and purchase on the day if you wish. You are equally welcome to bring your own.
