Komodo's Daniella is a padded, quilted coat designed for the colder end of the British year — hooded, fully lined, with concealed front pockets and rib cuffs that actually keep the draught out. The water-resistant finish is non-chemical, which matters because most weatherproofing relies on PFAS or DWR coatings that accumulate in waterways and in the body. This one does not.
The outer is 100% organic cotton. The lining is 100% recycled PET — made from plastic bottles rather than virgin polyester. Both choices are deliberate: Komodo has worked with organic and recycled fibres since the early 1990s, long before it became a selling point.
The Daniella is vegan and machine washable at 30°C on an eco cycle, which means it is built for real life, not just for looking good on a hanger.
