Barbara is part of Habulous's growing family of plant hugger characters, each one made by hand in Devon using British clay and recycled glass. The result is a small, lightweight bird decoration that wraps around a plant stem, sits in a pot, or perches in a terrarium — and because the recycled glass varies naturally in colour and texture, no two Barbaras are exactly the same.
The fine wire is designed to be gently wrapped around a sturdy plant stem. It works best when handled with care — avoid bending into sharp angles, which can cause the wire to snap. Beyond houseplants, she is equally at home in a terrarium, on a shelf, or anywhere you want a small, characterful perch.
She arrives ready to give. The gift card and envelope are made from 100% recycled paper, and the whole thing is packaged in a compostable cellophane bag — so the wrapping is as considered as the decoration itself. The gift card is left blank inside for your own message.

Please note: Glass colours may vary slightly from those shown due to the nature of the recycled materials. Natural dark mottling in the glass is normal and part of what makes each piece unique. Do not bend the wires into sharp angles as this may cause them to break. The wires are fine and work best when gently wrapped around the plant stem.
