Benjamin Brontosaurus, Susan Stegosaurus, and Tina Triceratops are handmade in Devon by Habulous, each one formed from British clay and recycled glass. Because the glass is recycled, colours shift slightly between batches and natural dark mottling appears in each piece — the kind of variation that makes every single one genuinely one-of-a-kind rather than just marketed that way.
They work exactly as the name suggests: wrap the fine wire gently around a sturdy plant stem, or perch them in a pot, terrarium, or anywhere a small ceramic creature looks like it belongs. The wire is designed for gentle wrapping — avoid sharp bends and it will hold its shape indefinitely.
Each plant hugger comes ready to gift: packaged in a compostable cellophane bag with a blank gift card and envelope made from 100% recycled paper, sized to fit through a standard letterbox. No extra wrapping required.

Please note: Glass colours may vary slightly to those shown due to the nature of the recycled materials. There may be some natural dark mottling in the glass which makes each piece completely unique. Do not bend the wires into sharp angles as this may cause them to break. The wires are fine and work best when gently wrapped around the plant stem.
