- Always place the candle jar on a stable, flat, and fire-resistant surface.

Wick Preparation
- Before each use, ensure the wick is trimmed to 5mm. This promotes a clean, even flame, prevents excessive smoke, and avoids mushrooming of the wick.
- Use a long match or specialised lighter for ignition to prevent sooting on the jar's inner rim and ensure safe lighting.
Establishing the First Burn
- The initial burn is crucial due to soy wax having a memory.
- Burn the 60ml candle for a minimum of two hours (but no more than three hours).
- This extended first burn allows the wax pool to fully melt and extend to cover the complete diameter of the jar. Failure to establish a full melt pool prevents tunnelling, which significantly reduces the candle's lifespan and overall performance.
- A larger pool of wax will also help release a stronger scent from each candle.
