The refill is the point. Rather than buying a new candle vessel every time you want a fresh scent, these refills let your ceramic pot do what it was made for: last. Each set contains two 200g candles in Bouclé's coconut and rapeseed wax blend, scented with pure essential oils and fitted with a cotton and paper wick. They arrive wrapped in tissue with no additional packaging — ready to drop in and light.
Bouclé makes everything by hand in Hackney, London, which means each candle is poured and finished with the kind of attention that a production line does not allow. The coconut and rapeseed wax base burns cleanly and holds essential oil fragrance well — both matter if you are spending 50 hours with a scent in your home.

Safety information: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn for at least 2 hours for each burn and never any longer than 4 hours. Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Always leave at least 10cm between candles. Do not burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Trim wicks to about 6mm before lighting. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax level is less than 1cm.
