Most toothbrush holders are cups. Cups trap moisture. Moisture, in a warm bathroom, means mould — and that's the problem this stand is designed to solve.
Wild & Stone's bamboo toothbrush stand uses a ring design rather than a cup, holding the brush upright so air can circulate around the handle and water drains away freely. A small ventilation hole in the base keeps airflow going between uses. It's a small design decision with a practical payoff: your toothbrush stays cleaner for longer.
The stand is made from FSC® 100% certified Moso bamboo (FSC® C007915). Moso is the species that pandas don't eat, so harvesting it doesn't affect their food supply — a detail worth knowing, not just a talking point. Because bamboo is a natural, organic material, the stand is fully biodegradable: at the end of its life, it goes straight into the compost.
