The Dream Lip Sparkle Balm sits in the gap between a lip balm and a lipstick — and it is a gap worth filling. Most tinted balms sacrifice pigment for comfort, or load on colour at the cost of that soft, non-sticky feel. This one does not make that trade-off.
The formula is built around jojoba oil (Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil), squalane, and tocopherol (vitamin E) — three ingredients that work together to keep lips soft and hydrated without the formula migrating or moving around. The micro-fine glitter is genuinely imperceptible on the lips; you see the sparkle, you do not feel it.
Available in 10 shades described as being from another dimension — which is to say, they are not the usual nudes and pinks. Expressive, pigmented, and wearable in a way that a full lipstick often is not.
