The Zeus is Bear Essentials' 42mm wooden watch — handcrafted in a family workshop using natural materials, including wood from sustainable forestry. No two pieces are identical, which is the point.
The case is sanded and sealed to withstand daily use and water exposure. At 5ATM, it is rated for swimming and other water activities — not just a splash at the sink. The treatment is built in; nothing further is required on your end.
Movement is battery-operated quartz, which keeps time reliably without the maintenance overhead of mechanical alternatives. The strap system uses a pin-loaded mechanism, meaning you can swap between options without tools. Both vegan and genuine leather straps are available, and additional straps can be purchased separately — useful if you want to take one watch from weekday to weekend.
