Some belts are just belts. This one is made from REPREVE®, a yarn spun from plastic bottles recovered from the ocean, and Swole Panda says they were the first brand to use it for woven belts. Each grey and red zigzag belt contains the equivalent of seven previously discarded plastic bottles — a specific, measurable fact that sits behind the design rather than on top of it.
The elasticated construction means there are no holes to punch and no fixed fit to compromise. You adjust it exactly where you need it, which is the kind of practical detail that makes a difference over a long day. The buckle is brushed zinc alloy, kept deliberately low-profile, and the trimmings are recycled faux leather. It is unisex, comes in three sizes, and arrives in a 100% organic cotton pouch.
Swole Panda donates 5% of profits from each belt sold to Ocean Generation, an NGO working to stop plastic reaching the oceans within a generation.
