A belt that adjusts without holes sounds like a small thing until you have worn one. The elasticated construction means it moves with you rather than against you, giving a precise fit across the full size range without the usual compromise of landing between notches.
Swole Panda was the first brand to make woven belts from REPREVE® — a certified recycled fibre made from plastic bottles recovered from the ocean. Each belt contains the equivalent of seven reclaimed bottles. That is not a rounding figure; it is a measurable displacement of plastic that would otherwise have remained in the marine environment.
The hardware is a low-profile brushed zinc-alloy buckle, chosen for durability over flash. The trimmings are recycled faux leather. The belt arrives in a 100% organic cotton pouch.
Swole Panda donates 5% of profits from each belt sold to Ocean Generation, an NGO working to stop plastic from reaching the oceans within a generation.
