The belt most people own is a strip of leather with five holes punched in it. This one is different in almost every way that matters.
Swole Panda's woven belt is made from REPREVE® — a certified recycled fibre produced from plastic bottles recovered from the ocean. Swole Panda was the first brand to use REPREVE® in belt construction, and each belt accounts for the equivalent of seven previously discarded plastic bottles. The weave is elasticated, which means fit is continuous rather than fixed: no holes, no half-sizes, no digging in after lunch.
The hardware is a low-profile brushed zinc-alloy buckle, chosen for durability without bulk. The trimmings are recycled faux leather. The belt arrives in a 100% organic cotton pouch.
Swole Panda donates 5% of profits from every belt sold to Ocean Generation, an NGO working to stop plastic reaching the oceans within a generation.

Care instructions: Clean with a sponge and a little soap, avoiding wetting the recycled faux leather part of the belt. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.
