- 1 Can of Mizu (Or Acqua)
- 120ml of unsweetened, tart cherry juice
- 2 tsp of magnesium glycinate
- 1/2 a lemon (optional)
- 1 Sprig of Rosemary
- A couple of cherries for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the cherry juice over ice
- Stir in 2 tsp of Magnesium
- Top up the glass with Mizu
- Garnish with an optional squeeze of lemon juice, stir & Serve with a sprig of rosemary - Enjoy!
