Oil pulling is one of those ancient practices that turns out to have a solid rationale behind it. Swishing oil through your teeth and gums draws out bacteria and debris in a way that water-based rinses simply cannot replicate — and Georganics has taken that principle and made it genuinely easy to build into a daily routine.
This Sweet Orange version uses coconut oil as its base, which is where the plaque-reducing work happens. Coconut oil's natural detoxifying properties help support healthier gums and fresher breath, while Sweet Orange oil brings a gentle citrus note and its own antibacterial and antioxidant properties to the formula. The result is a mouthwash that feels clean and pleasant to use rather than medicinal.

How to use: Take one teaspoon (approximately 10ml) of the mouthwash. Swish thoroughly around your mouth for 5 to 20 minutes, pulling the oil between your teeth. Spit into a bin (not the sink, as coconut oil can solidify in pipes). Rinse your mouth with water. Use daily, ideally in the morning before eating or drinking. Do not swallow.
