The refill format is straightforward. You buy the 500ml bottle, pour it into your chosen dispenser, and when it's empty, you box it up and send it back to Flawless to be sanitised and reused. How to use: Unscrew the lid and dispense the 500ml refill into your chosen bottle. Use your Micellar Water both morning and evening to remove makeup, excess oils and dirt. This product can also be used as a cleanser. Apply a small amount of the product onto a reusable cotton pad and gently sweep across your face in an upward motion until the face is completely clear of any makeup. Follow with a hydrating toner to get that natural glow.
How to return your empty refill bottle: Once you're finished with your refill bottle, place it in a box and send it back to Flawless so they can sanitise, clean and reuse it. You will need to cover your postage costs — this has been factored into the discounted refill price. When you're ready, place your next refill order via the Flawless website.
